ferred to the Committee on Oversight and Accountability 
A BILL 
To require an audit of COVID–19 relief funding. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Transparency in 4
COVID–19 Expenditures Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. COVID–19 RELIEF FUNDING AUDIT. 6
(a) I
NGENERAL.—The Comptroller General of the 7
United States shall conduct an audit of the use of all fund-8
ing provided by the legislation described in subsection (b) 9
and submit a report on the findings of such audit to Con-10
gress. 11
