RESCISSION OF UNOBLIGATED CORONAVIRUS 1 FUNDS. 2 The unobligated balances of amounts appropriated or 3 otherwise made available by the American Rescue Plan 4 Act of 2021 (Public Law 117–2), and by each of Public 5 Laws 116–123, 116–127, 116–136, and 116–139 and di-6 visions M and N of Public Law 116–260, are hereby per-7 manently rescinded. 8 SEC. 3.
