12		-	This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Investing in Main 2
13		-	Street Act of 2023’’. 3
14		-	SEC. 2. INVESTMENT IN SMALL BUSINESS INVESTMENT 4
15		-	COMPANIES. 5
16		-	Section 302(b) of the Small Business Investment Act 6
17		-	of 1958 (15 U.S.C. 682(b)) is amended— 7
18		-	(1) in paragraph (1), by striking ‘‘5 percent’’ 8
19		-	and inserting ‘‘15 percent’’; and 9
20		-	(2) in paragraph (2), by striking ‘‘5 percent’’ 10
21		-	and inserting ‘‘15 percent’’. 11
