SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Keeping Kids Safe Act 4
of 2023’’. 5

SEC. 2. CDC SURVEILLANCE AND DATA COLLECTION FOR 1
CHILD, YOUTH, AND ADULT TRAUMA. 2
Section 7131(e) of the SUPPORT for Patients and 3
Communities Act (42 U.S.C. 242t(e)) is amended by strik-4
ing ‘‘$2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 5
2023’’ and inserting ‘‘$9,000,000 for each of fiscal years 6
2024 through 2028’’. 7
