9	19		Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
10		-	tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 2

12		-	SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 1
13		-	This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Providing Appropriate 2
14		-	Recognition and Treatment Needed to Enhance Relations 3
15		-	with ASEAN Act’’ or the ‘‘PARTNER with ASEAN Act’’. 4
16		-	SEC. 2. EXTENSION TO THE ASSOCIATION OF SOUTHEAST 5
17		-	ASIAN NATIONS. 6
18		-	The provisions of the International Organizations Im-7
19		-	munities Act (22 U.S.C. 288 et seq.) may be extended to 8
20		-	the Association of Southeast Asian Nations in the same 9
21		-	manner, to the same extent, and subject to the same con-10
22		-	ditions as such provisions may be extended to a public 11
23		-	international organization in which the United States par-12
24		-	ticipates pursuant to any treaty or under the authority 13
25		-	of any Act of Congress authorizing such participation or 14
26		-	making an appropriation for such participation. 15
