SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Safer Response Act 4
of 2023’’. 5
SEC. 2. FIRST RESPONDER TRAINING. 6
Section 546(h) of the Public Health Service Act (42 7
U.S.C. 290ee–1(h)) is amending by striking ‘‘$36,000,000 8
for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023’’ and inserting 9
