SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Road To Recovery 4
Act’’. 5

COVERY SUPPORT. 3
Section 547(e) of the Public Health Service Act (42 4
U.S.C. 290ee–2a(e)) is amended by striking ‘‘$1,000,000 5
for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023’’ and inserting 6
‘‘$2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2028’’. 7
