To amend title 10, United States Code, to eliminate certain
charges under the TRICARE dental program for mem-
bers of the Selected Reserve of the Ready Reserve, and
for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Dental Care for Our 4
Troops Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. TRICARE DENTAL FOR SELECTED RESERVE. 6
Section 1076a of title 10, United States Code, is 7
amended— 8

paragraph (4); and 18
(B) by inserting after paragraph (2) the 19
following new paragraph: 20

O PREMIUM PLANS.—(A) The dental in-21
surance plan established under subsection (a)(5) is 22
a no premium plan. 23

‘‘(B) Members enrolled in a no premium plan 1
may not be charged a premium for benefits provided 2
under the plan.’’; 3
(3) in subsection (e)(2)(A), by striking ‘‘a mem-4
ber of the Selected Reserve of the Ready Reserve 5
or’’; 6
(4) by redesignating subsections (f) through (l) 7
as subsections (g) through (m), respectively; 8
(5) by inserting after subsection (e) the fol-9
lowing new subsection (f): 10
‘‘(f) C
OPAYMENTSUNDERNOPREMIUMPLANS.—A 11
member who receives dental care under a no premium plan 12
referred to in subsection (d)(3) shall pay no charge for 13
any care described in subsection (c).’’; and 14
(6) in subsection (i), as redesignated by para-15
graph (4), by striking ‘‘subsection (k)(2)’’ and in-16
serting ‘‘subsection (l)(2)’’. 17
