This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Defective Firearms 4
Protection Act’’. 5

2052(a)(5)) is amended by striking subparagraph (E). 5

Consumer Product Safety Commission Improvements Act 7
of 1976 (15 U.S.C. 2080 note) is amended by striking 8
subsection (e). 9
