| 50 | 50 | | NNUALREPORTING.—To remain eligible for 12 |
|---|
| 51 | 51 | | awards of Federal funds, an institution of higher edu-13 |
|---|
| 52 | 52 | | cation that hosts or is affiliated with one or more school- 14 |
|---|
| 53 | 53 | | based service sites shall submit an annual report to the 15 |
|---|
| 54 | 54 | | Secretary of Education and the Secretary of Health and 16 |
|---|
| 55 | 55 | | Human Services certifying that no such site provides abor-17 |
|---|
| 56 | 56 | | tion drugs or abortions to students of the institution or 18 |
|---|
| 57 | 57 | | to employees of the institution or site. 19 |

| 59 | 59 | | EFINITIONS.—In this section: 20 |

| 60 | 60 | | (1) The term ‘‘abortion drug’’ means any drug, 21 |
|---|
| 61 | 61 | | substance, or combination of drugs or substances 22 |
|---|
| 62 | 62 | | that is intended for use or that is in fact used (irre-23 |
|---|
| 63 | 63 | | spective of how the product is labeled)— 24 |
|---|
| 64 | 64 | | (A) to intentionally kill the unborn child of 25 |
|---|
| 65 | 65 | | a woman known to be pregnant; or 26 |

| 81 | 81 | | (A) a clinic providing health care services 13 |

| 83 | 83 | | ning services, telehealth services, and pharma-15 |

| 84 | 84 | | ceutical services, without regard to whether the 16 |
|---|
| 85 | 85 | | services are provided by employees of the clinic 17 |
|---|
| 86 | 86 | | or contracted providers) to students that is lo-18 |
|---|
| 87 | 87 | | cated on the campus of an institution of higher 19 |
|---|
| 88 | 88 | | education that accepts Federal funding; and 20 |
