413413 that procedures with respect to the submission and 20
414414 processing of claims under such Act take into ac-21
415415 count and make allowances for the law, tradition, 22
416416 and customs of Indian tribes, including by accepting 23
417417 as a record of proof of physical presence for a claim-24
418418 ant a grazing permit, a homesite lease, a record of 25
