2222 Funds Based on Poverty Act of 2023’’. 5

2828 Section 418(a)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act (42 3

3030 (1) by striking all that precedes ‘‘total’’ and in-5

4040 PECIAL RULE.—To the extent 12

4545 the excess shall be allotted among the 17
4646 States based on the share of each State of 18
