To amend title 38, United States Code, to adjust the rate
of per diem payments provided by the Secretary of Vet-
erans Affairs to grantees that provide services to home-
less veterans.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Return Home to Hous-4
ing Act’’. 5

PROVIDED BY THE SECRETARY OF VETERANS 2
AFFAIRS FOR SERVICES FURNISHED TO 3
HOMELESS VETERANS. 4
Section 2012(a)(2)(B) of title 38, United States 5
Code, is amended— 6
(1) in clause (i)— 7
(A) in subclause (I), by inserting ‘‘, includ-8
ing in response to an emergency’’ after ‘‘appro-9
priate’’; and 10
(B) in subclause (II)(aa)(BB), by striking 11
‘‘115’’ and inserting ‘‘200’’; and 12
(2) in clause (ii), by striking ‘‘150’’ and insert-13
ing ‘‘200’’. 14
