SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘DoD PFAS Cleanup 4
Transparency Act of 2023’’. 5

SEC. 2. PUBLICATION OF INFORMATION REGARDING STA-1
TUS OF CERTAIN CLEANUP EFFORTS OF DE-2
PARTMENT OF DEFENSE. 3
Beginning not later than one year after the date of 4
the enactment of this Act, and not less frequently than 5
annually thereafter, the Secretary of Defense shall publish 6
on the publicly available website established under section 7
331(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fis-8
cal Year 2020 (Public Law 116–92; 10 U.S.C. 2701 note) 9
timely and regularly updated information on the status of 10
the cleanup of sites for which the Secretary has obligated 11
amounts for environmental restoration activities. 12
