OBTAINING OR INTERFERING WITH THE PERSONAL 1 HEALTHCARE DECISIONS OF A WOMAN. 2 (a) I NGENERAL.—Chapter 110A of title 18, United 3 States Code, is amended by inserting after section 2261B 4 the following: 5 ‘‘§ 2261C. Enhanced penalty for health related stalk-6 ing 7 ‘‘If a person commits an offense under section 2261A 8 with the intent to obtain healthcare information of an indi-9 vidual or to prevent the healthcare decisions of an indi-10 vidual, the person may be imprisoned for up to 3 years, 11 in addition to any term of imprisonment imposed for that 12 offense under section 2261A.’’. 13 (b) C LERICALAMENDMENT.—The table of sections 14 for chapter 110A of title 18, United States Code, is 15 amended by inserting after the item relating to section 16 2261B the following: 17 ‘‘2261C.
