SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Treatment, Recovery, 4
Education, Awareness, and Training for Youth Act’’ or 5
the ‘‘TREAT Youth Act’’. 6

SEC. 2. YOUTH PREVENTION AND RECOVERY. 1
Section 7102(c)(9) of the SUPPORT for Patients 2
and Communities Act (42 U.S.C. 290bb–7a(c)(9)) is 3
amended by striking ‘‘fiscal years 2019 through 2023’’ 4
and inserting ‘‘fiscal years 2024 through 2028’’. 5
