This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Sentinel Program Con-4
struction Risk Mitigation Act of 2023’’. 5

ULE AND COST. 3
Notwithstanding section 3323 of title 10, United 4
States Code, the Secretary of Defense, for a military con-5
struction project associated with the Sentinel Interconti-6
nental Ballistic Missile program launch facilities, control 7
centers, and related infrastructure, may use a cost-plus 8
incentive-fee form of contracting for not more than the 9
first two low-rate initial production lots for such a project. 10
