| 35 | 35 | | home child care programs offered by each military depart-8 |

| 36 | 36 | | ment. Such report shall include— 9 |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | (1) an identification of the number of such at- 10 |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | home child care programs that have opened, closed, 11 |
|---|
| 39 | 39 | | or relocated during the period beginning on the date 12 |
|---|
| 40 | 40 | | of enactment of this Act and ending on the date that 13 |
|---|
| 41 | 41 | | this three years after such date; 14 |
|---|
| 42 | 42 | | (2) a summary of difficulties, if any, experi-15 |
|---|
| 43 | 43 | | enced by military spouses employed at such at-home 16 |
|---|
| 44 | 44 | | child care programs with respect to— 17 |
|---|
| 45 | 45 | | (A) obtaining necessary certifications or 18 |
|---|
| 46 | 46 | | licences; and 19 |
|---|
| 47 | 47 | | (B) opening, closing, or relocating such an 20 |
|---|
| 48 | 48 | | at-home child care program; and 21 |
|---|
| 49 | 49 | | (3) a summary of effects, if any, that the open-22 |
|---|
| 50 | 50 | | ing, closing, or relocation of such an at-home child 23 |
|---|
| 51 | 51 | | care program has on the employment rate of mili-24 |
|---|
| 52 | 52 | | tary spouses residing in geographic proximity to 25 |
|---|
