AN ACT
To require the Secretary of the Interior to reissue regulations
removing the gray wolf from the list of endangered and
threatened wildlife under the Endangered Species Act
of 1973.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 1
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Trust the Science 2
Act’’. 3
SEC. 2. REMOVING THE GRAY WOLF FROM THE LIST OF EN-4
DANGERED AND THREATENED WILDLIFE. 5
Not later than 60 days after the date of enactment 6
of this section, the Secretary of the Interior shall reissue 7
the final rule entitled ‘‘Endangered and Threatened Wild-8
life and Plants; Removing the Gray Wolf (Canis lupus) 9
From the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife’’ 10
and published on November 3, 2020 (85 Fed. Reg. 11
69778). 12
SEC. 3. NO JUDICIAL REVIEW. 13
Reissuance of the final rule under section 2 shall not 14
be subject to judicial review. 15
