2323 That the following sums are appropriated, out of any 3
2424 money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the 4

496496 used, or destroyed, to include the type of assistance, a de-22
497497 scription of the incident and parties involved, and an ex-23
498498 planation of the response of the Department of State or 24
