69 | 69 | | ‘‘(C) measures to reduce the demand for 14 |

70 | 70 | | privately owned treatment works capacity 15 |
---|
71 | 71 | | through water conservation, efficiency, or reuse; 16 |
---|
72 | 72 | | ‘‘(D) measures to reduce the energy con-17 |
---|
73 | 73 | | sumption needs for privately owned treatment 18 |
