Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Extension of Authority 4
for Joint Department of Defense-Department of Veterans 5
Affairs Medical Facility Demonstration Fund Act of 6
2024’’. 7

Section 1704(e) of the National Defense Authoriza-5
tion Act for Fiscal Year 2010 (Public Law 111–84; 123 6
Stat. 2573), as most recently amended by section 104 of 7
division E of the Continuing Appropriations and Ukraine 8
Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2023 (Public Law 117– 9
180; 136 Stat. 2137), is amended by striking ‘‘September 10
30, 2024’’ and inserting ‘‘September 30, 2025’’. 11
