(2) in subsection (a), by striking ‘‘Veterans 11
Benefits Administration’’ and inserting ‘‘Veterans 12
Health Administration’’; and 13
(3) in subsection (d), by amending paragraph 14

SIONAL CONSIDERATION UNDER COST OF 2
WAR TOXIC EXPOSURES FUND; REPORTING 3
REQUIREMENTS. 4
Subsection (e) of section 324 of title 38, United 5
States Code, is amended— 6
(1) by striking ‘‘title 31’’ and all that follows 7
through the end of the subsection and inserting: 8
‘‘title 31, for the applicable fiscal year— 9
‘‘(1) detailed estimates of the sums proposed to 10
be provided pursuant to subsection (c); 11
‘‘(2) the proposed allocations of such sums, 12
disaggregated by account and program within the 13
Department; 14
‘‘(3) justifications for the sums described in 15
paragraphs (1) and (2); and 16
‘‘(4) for each account described in paragraph 17
(2), a calculation of the amount of funding re-18
quested for such account over the fiscal year 2021 19
level;’’; and 20
(2) by adding at the end the following new sub-21
sections: 22

EPORT.—(1) For each of fiscal years 2025 23
through 2030, the Secretary shall submit to the appro-24
priate congressional committees a report that includes, 25
with respect to the fiscal year covered by the report— 26

‘‘(A) an identification, for each account within 1
the Fund, of the total amount obligated or expended 2
by the Secretary; 3
‘‘(B) a description of any activity, program, or 4
project carried out exclusively using sums provided 5
pursuant to the authorization of appropriations 6
under subsection (c); and 7
‘‘(C) a description of how any activity, program, 8
or project carried out using sums provided pursuant 9
to the authorization of appropriations under sub-10
section (c) benefits veterans who were exposed to en-11
vironmental hazards while performing active mili-12
tary, naval, air, or space service. 13
‘‘(2) The Secretary shall submit each report required 14
under paragraph (1) by not later than January 1 of the 15
fiscal year beginning after the fiscal year covered by the 16
report. 17

SIONALREQUEST.—The Secretary shall, upon the request 19
of the Chair, Vice Chair, or Ranking Member, of an appro-20
priate congressional committee, provide to such appro-21
priate congressional committee documents, records, or 22
other information in the format specified by such com-23
mittee, including testimony, with respect to any allocation, 24
purpose, use, or activities of the Fund. 25

The loan fee table in section 3729(b)(2) of title 38, 20
United States Code, is amended by striking ‘‘November 21
