18		-	five-minute rule. In lieu of the amendments in the nature of
19		-	a substitute recommended by the Committees on Agriculture
20		-	and Financial Services now printed in the bill, an amendment
21		-	in the nature of a substitute consisting of the text of Rules 2

24		-	in part A of the report of the Committee on Rules accom-
25		-	panying this resolution, shall be considered as adopted in the
26		-	House and in the Committee of the Whole. The bill, as

29		-	shall be considered as read. All points of order against provi-
30		-	sions in the bill, as amended, are waived. No further amend-
