4-Resolved, That upon adoption of this resolution it shall
5-be in order to consider in the House the bill (H.R. 8932) to
6-establish an earlier application processing cycle for the
7-FAFSA. All points of order against consideration of the bill
8-are waived. The amendment in the nature of a substitute rec-
9-ommended by the Committee on Education and the Work-
10-force now printed in the bill shall be considered as adopted.
11-The bill, as amended, shall be considered as read. All points
12-of order against provisions in the bill, as amended, are
13-waived. The previous question shall be considered as ordered
14-on the bill, as amended, and on any further amendment
15-thereto to final passage without intervening motion except:
16-(1) one hour of debate equally divided and controlled by the
17-chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on
18-Education and the Workforce or their respective designees;
