| 33 | 33 | | LIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.—Section 4 |

| 34 | 34 | | 1725(b)(2)(B) of title 38, United States Code, is amend-5 |

| 36 | 36 | | (1) by striking ‘‘the veteran’’ and inserting ‘‘(i) 7 |

| 39 | 39 | | ing ‘‘; or’’; and 10 |
