Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Udall Foundation Re-4
authorization Act of 2023’’. 5
SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION OF THE UDALL FOUNDATION 6
TRUST FUND. 7
Section 13 of the Morris K. Udall and Stewart L. 8
Udall Foundation Act (20 U.S.C. 5609) is amended— 9

(1) in subsection (a), by striking ‘‘2023’’ and 1
inserting ‘‘2028’’; 2
(2) in subsection (b), in the matter preceding 3
paragraph (1), by striking ‘‘2023’’ and inserting 4
‘‘2028’’; and 5
(3) in subsection (c), by striking ‘‘5-fiscal year 6
period’’ and all that follows through the period at 7
the end and inserting ‘‘5-fiscal year period beginning 8
with fiscal year 2024.’’. 9
