32	32	(1) in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by 9
33	33	striking ‘‘in Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia’’ and 10
34	34	inserting ‘‘with covered foreign military partners’’; 11
35	35	(2) in paragraph (1)— 12
36	36	(A) by inserting ‘‘defensive’’ before 13
37	37	‘‘cyber’’; and 14
38	38	(B) by striking ‘‘Vietnam, Thailand, and 15
39	39	Indonesia’’ and inserting ‘‘covered foreign mili-16
