2121 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Farmers First Act of 4

2323 SEC. 2. FARM AND RANCH STRESS ASSISTANCE NETWORK. 6
2424 Section 7522 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy 7
2525 Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 5936) is amended— 8

3838 EFERRALS TOPROVIDERS.—As part of the ef-9
3939 forts of the recipient of a grant under subsection (a) to 10
4040 connect individuals to behavioral health counseling and 11
4141 wellness support and to ensure individuals have access to 12
4242 a comprehensive scope of mental health and substance use 13
4343 treatments and supports, when applicable, the grant re-14
4444 cipient may establish referral relationships with— 15
4545 ‘‘(1) certified community behavioral health clin-16
4646 ics described in section 223 of the Protecting Access 17
4747 to Medicare Act of 2014 (42 U.S.C. 1396a note; 18
4848 Public Law 113–93); 19
4949 ‘‘(2) health centers (as defined in section 20
5050 330(a) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 21
5151 254b(a))); 22
5252 ‘‘(3) rural health clinics (as defined in section 23
5353 1861(aa) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 24
5454 1395x(aa))); 25
