191-of the enactment of this Act, the Commissioner of U.S. Cus-14
192-toms and Border Protection shall submit a strategy to the 15
193-Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Af-16
194-fairs of the Senate and the Committee on Homeland Secu-17
195-rity of the House of Representatives for increasing sustained 18
196-outbound inspection operations at land ports of entry that 19
197-includes— 20
198-(1) the number of existing and planned outbound 21
199-inspection lanes at each port of entry; 22
200-(2) infrastructure limitations that limit the abil-23
201-ity of U.S. Customs and Border Protection to deploy 24
