SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Firefighter Cancer 4
Registry Reauthorization Act of 2023’’. 5
SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION OF VOLUNTARY REGISTRY FOR 6
FIREFIGHTER CANCER INCIDENCE. 7
Section 2(h) of the Firefighter Cancer Registry Act 8
of 2018 (42 U.S.C. 280e–5(h)) is amended by striking 9
‘‘$2,500,000 for each of the fiscal years 2018 through 10
