To prohibit any rule or guidance that bans gas stoves in
the United States.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Stop Trying to Obses-4
sively Vilify Energy Act’’ or the ‘‘STOVE Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON PROMULGATING ANY RULE OR 6
GUIDANCE THAT BANS GAS STOVES IN THE 7
UNITED STATES. 8
No Federal agency may propose, implement, or final-9
ize a rule or guidance that categorically restricts or bans 10
