A BILL
To require reporting on sexual assault in surveys.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. ARMED FORCES SURVEYS. 3
Section 481(c) of title 10, United States Code, 4
is amended— 5
(1) by redesignating paragraphs (3), (4), and 6
(5) as paragraphs (4), (5), and (6), respectively; and 7
(2) by inserting after paragraph (2) the fol-8
lowing new paragraph: 9
‘‘(3) Indicators of the assault (including un-10
wanted sexual contact) that give reason to believe 11
that the victim was targeted, or discriminated 12

subsections (b) or (c), and any other factor consid-3
