Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. REAUTHORIZATION OF PROGRAM. 3
Section 317N(d) of the Public Health Service Act (42 4
U.S.C. 247b–15(d)) is amended by striking ‘‘2019 5
through 2023’’ and inserting ‘‘2024 through 2028’’. 6
