To amend the SUPPORT for Patients and Communities
Act to reauthorize the youth prevention and recovery

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Youth Prevention and 4
Recovery Reauthorization Act of 2023’’. 5
SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION OF YOUTH PREVENTION AND 6
RECOVERY INITIATIVE. 7
Section 7102(c)(9) of the SUPPORT for Patients 8
