SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Promoting Maternal 4
and Child Health Through Substance Use Prevention 5
Act’’. 6

SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION OF PROGRAM. 1
Section 317L(d) of the Public Health Service Act (42 2
U.S.C. 247b–13(d)) is amended by striking ‘‘2019 3
through 2023’’ and inserting ‘‘2024 through 2028’’. 4
