| 43 | 43 | | ligence, the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, 15 |
|---|
| 44 | 44 | | the Secretary of State, the Secretary of Defense, the At-16 |
|---|
| 45 | 45 | | torney General, the Secretary of Commerce, the Secretary 17 |
|---|
| 46 | 46 | | of Homeland Security, the Secretary of Energy, the Direc-18 |
|---|
| 47 | 47 | | tor of the National Science Foundation, and the Director 19 |
