Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Protecting Arizona 4
from Federal Land Grabs Act’’. 5

SEC. 2. LIMITATION ON EXTENSION OR ESTABLISHMENT 1
OF NATIONAL MONUMENTS IN ARIZONA. 2
Subsection (d) of section 320301 of title 54, United 3
States Code, is amended— 4
(1) by inserting ‘‘
ORARIZONA’’ after ‘‘WYO-5
MING’’; and 6
(2) by inserting ‘‘or Arizona’’ after ‘‘Wyoming’’. 7
