To amend title 54, United States Code, to increase public
access to recreational areas on Federal land.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Increasing Public Ac-4
cess to Recreation Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. INCREASE FOR RECREATIONAL PUBLIC ACCESS. 6
Subsection (c) of section 200306 of title 54, United 7
States Code, is amended— 8
(1) by striking ‘‘3 percent’’ and inserting ‘‘10 9
percent’’; and 10
