46 | 46 | | ‘‘(A) deliberately delaying traffic on an 13 |

47 | 47 | | interstate highway; 14 |
---|
48 | 48 | | ‘‘(B) standing or approaching a motor ve-15 |
---|
49 | 49 | | hicle on an interstate highway; or 16 |
---|
50 | 50 | | ‘‘(C) endangering the safe movement of a 17 |
---|
51 | 51 | | motor vehicle on an interstate highway. 18 |
