SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Ending Green Give-4
aways Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. REPEAL AND RESCISSION RELATING TO ENVIRON-6
MENTAL AND CLIMATE JUSTICE BLOCK 7
GRANTS. 8

EPEAL.—Section 138 of the Clean Air Act (42 9
U.S.C. 7438) is repealed. 10

(b) RESCISSION.—The unobligated balance of any 1
amounts made available under section 138 of the Clean 2
Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7438) (as in effect on the day before 3
the date of enactment of this Act) is rescinded. 4
