20 | 20 | | SEC. 2. REINSTATE PRIOR REMOTE WORK POLICIES. 5 |

22 | 22 | | NGENERAL.—Not later than 60 days after the 6 |

23 | 23 | | date of the enactment of this Act, the head of each Execu-7 |

24 | 24 | | tive agency shall reinstate the telework policies in use by 8 |

25 | 25 | | such Executive agency on December 31, 2019. 9 |

37 | 37 | | a different telework policy than, the reinstated telework 9 |
