case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of
the committee concerned

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Restoring American 4
Sovereignty Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. USE OF FUNDS FOR DEPORTATION PURPOSES. 6
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, funds 7
paused pursuant to Executive Order 14169 (January 20, 8
2025; 90 Fed. Reg. 8619) may be made available and used 9
