4040 for a qualified natural disaster expense, subsection 11
4141 (a) shall be applied by substituting ‘$5,000’ for 12

4545 PENSE.—For purposes of this subsection, the term 15
4646 ‘qualified natural disaster expense’ means— 16
4747 ‘‘(A) an expense incurred to mitigate the 17
4848 risk posed to real property by natural disasters 18
4949 or extreme weather, or 19
5050 ‘‘(B) an expense incurred to repair damage 20
5151 done to real property by natural disasters or ex-21
5252 treme weather.’’. 22
