Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Repeal Community De-4
velopment Block Grants Act of 2025’’. 5
SEC. 2. ABOLITION OF GRANTS. 6
(a) A
BOLITION OFGRANTS.—Section 101 and sec-7
tions 103 through 122 of title I of the Housing and Com-8
munity Development Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 5301 et seq.) 9
are repealed. 10
