46 | 46 | | shall submit to the appropriate congressional com-12 |

47 | 47 | | mittees a list of foreign persons charged with rep-13 |
---|
48 | 48 | | resentation of a foreign government who have re-14 |
---|
49 | 49 | | jected a request from the President to grant human-15 |
---|
50 | 50 | | itarian entry to Palestinians from Gaza. 16 |

52 | 52 | | PDATES OF LISTS.—The President shall 17 |
---|
53 | 53 | | submit to the appropriate congressional committees 18 |
---|
54 | 54 | | an updated list under paragraph (1)— 19 |

56 | 56 | | of enactment of this Act and annually there-21 |

137 | 137 | | (1) determines that such a waiver is in the na-12 |
---|
138 | 138 | | tional interest of the United States; and 13 |

139 | 139 | | (2) not later than 120 days after the date on 14 |

140 | 140 | | which the President imposes the sanctions described 15 |
---|
141 | 141 | | in subsection (a), and every 120 days thereafter 16 |
---|
142 | 142 | | until the date of termination under subsection (g), 17 |

143 | 143 | | the President shall submit to the appropriate con-18 |

144 | 144 | | gressional committees a classified report on the ex-19 |
