| 42 | 42 | | amount of block grants for prevention and 13 |

| 43 | 43 | | treatment of substance abuse under subpart II 14 |
|---|
| 44 | 44 | | of part B of title XIX of the Public Health 15 |

| 45 | 45 | | Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300x–21 et seq.) among 16 |

| 72 | 72 | | UTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.—There 11 |
|---|
| 73 | 73 | | are authorized to be appropriated for each of fiscal years 12 |
|---|
| 74 | 74 | | 2025 through 2034— 13 |

| 75 | 75 | | (1) to carry out subsection (a), the amount that 14 |
|---|
| 76 | 76 | | is 37.5 percent of the amount estimated by the Sec-15 |
|---|
| 77 | 77 | | retary of the Treasury as being equal to the amount 16 |
|---|
| 78 | 78 | | of taxes received under section 4401(a)(1) of the In-17 |

| 79 | 79 | | ternal Revenue Code of 1986 during the preceding 18 |
