44		-	3729 or 3801 of title 31, United States Code, with 18
45		-	respect to any unemployment compensation claim 19
46		-	funded in whole or in part by pandemic unemploy-20
47		-	ment assistance under this section shall be brought 21
48		-	not later than 10 years after the date of the viola-22
49		-	tion or conspiracy. 23

51		-	XCEPTION.—Paragraph (1) shall not 24
52		-	apply with respect to a criminal prosecution or civil 25
