This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Western Economic Se-4
curity Today Act of 2025’’ or the ‘‘WEST Act of 2025’’. 5
SEC. 2. WITHDRAWAL OF BLM RULE. 6
The final rule based on the proposed rule of the Bu-7
reau of Land Management entitled ‘‘Conservation and 8
