(a) I
NGENERAL.—The military installation under 7
the jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Army located in 8

Fayetteville, North Carolina, shall after the date of the 1
enactment of this Act be known and designated as ‘‘Fort 2
Bragg’’. Any reference to such military installation in any 3
law, regulation, map, document, record, or other paper of 4
the United States shall be considered to be a reference 5
to Fort Bragg. 6
(b) M
ILITARYINSTALLATIONDEFINED.—In this sec-7
tion, the term ‘‘military installation’’ has the meaning 8
given such term in section 2801 of title 10, United States 9
Code. 10
